"Just Us" Moments
Every now and then, I take a photo of my daughter that I don't want to post on Facebook. It's not that I don't want my friends to see them, but rather, because I don't want anyone else to be able to make a copy of it. I posted a photo of her that I took the day she turned 6 months old. She looks very cute, and she has a nice smile on her little face -- for a change. (Lately, she gets so mesmerized by the camera that she usually has a "deer in headlights" look when we take her picture.)
A photo I took just seconds later, though, I just had printed just for my husband and me to enjoy. In it, our little baby is waving her arms up and down and kicking her feet, something she does when she's happy. That one is a "just us" moment.
