Silly Girl
On Wednesday night, my daughter seemed a little out of it. Normally, she's active and chatty, but on Wednesday, she acted more like she does when she's not feeling well -- quiet with heavy eyes and hard to engage in games.
Late that night, I held her in my arms as she seemed to be drifting in and out of sleep, eyes opening every so often. At one point, she started pursing her lips and making a face.
"Oh no," I thought, "she's going to throw up on me."
Instead, she just made a motor noise with her mouth, then closed her eyes and went to sleep.
